§ 2

Every document meets the same standard

An SEO audit, a grant application and a translated book have little in common, except what a reader expects of them.

  1. 01

    Researched and sourced

Findings come with the evidence behind them: data, screenshots and references. Nothing is padded to reach a page count.

  2. 02

    Prioritised

Recommendations are ranked by impact and effort, so your team knows exactly what to do first.

  3. 03

    In your brand

Your fonts, colours, logo and templates. No template yet? We design one, and it is yours to keep.

  4. 04

    Ready to send

Proofread, formatted and in the file type you already use. No notes to tidy up, no draft to finish.

  5. 05

    In your language

Written in English, French, German, Spanish and more, or translated from your original with the layout kept.

  6. 06

    Confidential

Your materials are used only for your project and never shown as an example without your permission. NDA on request.

§ 3

From brief to finished file

Four steps, and you only have to do the first.

  1. Step 1

    Send the brief

A few lines is enough: what the document is for, who will read it and when you need it. A link to your website, or the job post you would give a freelancer, works too.

  2. Step 2

Get a fixed quote and a sample

We reply with a fixed price, a delivery date and, for most jobs, a short sample (a first section, page or finding) so you can judge the work before you commit.

  3. Step 3

    We research, write and design

One point of contact from start to finish. Longer jobs come with progress updates, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

  4. Step 4

    Review, revise, receive

Revisions within the agreed brief are included. The final files arrive in the formats you asked for, with editable versions where agreed.

§ 4

Who we work for

Teams with more documents to produce than people to produce them.

Businesses

E-commerce brands, SaaS and B2B firms, manufacturers and consultancies that need an audit, a report or a steady stream of content without hiring for it.

SEO and CRO audits · market research · case studies · newsletters · product content

Nonprofits and founders

Grant research and applications, impact reports, business plans and pitch decks, written to the funder’s or investor’s own criteria.

Grant proposals · SBIR/STTR roadmaps · capability statements · investor memos

Agencies

White-label overflow. Audits, client reports, proposals and content delivered under your agency’s name and in your template. We never contact your clients.

Client audits · monthly reports · pitch documents · content at volume

§ 5

Questions, answered

How much does a document cost?

Every job gets a fixed quote once we have read the brief, agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing and no surprises on the invoice.

How fast can you deliver?

Most audits and reports take days, not weeks, and the quote names the date. If you have a hard deadline, put it in the brief: rush jobs are often possible.

Do you need access to our accounts?

Usually not. Most audits run on what is public. Where analytics, search or ad data would sharpen the findings, we ask for read-only access or an export.

Can you work in our template?

Yes. Send your template, brand guide or a past document and we will match it. If you do not have one, we design one you can keep.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee the document meets the agreed brief. Nobody honest can promise a funder’s decision, a search ranking or a sales figure, and we do not.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send yours with the brief, or ask for ours.

Which languages do you work in?

English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Hindi, among others. Ask about the language pair you need.

Do you give legal, tax or financial advice?

No. We research, write and design. Anything that needs sign-off from a lawyer, accountant or engineer should be checked by one before you use it.

§ 6

Start a brief

Tell us what the document is for and when you need it. We reply by email with a fixed quote, a date and, for most jobs, a sample.

  • Every brief is read by a person, not filed
  • No obligation until you accept the quote
  • Your brief stays confidential
